Valentine's Day may have left you a little over-indulged... but incase you need to ease out of a love induced chocolate binge and back to healthy eating, here is my recipe for the decedent yet nutritionally balanced *Cherry Ripe chocolate bar smoothie bowl.
Blend 1C frozen chopped cherries, 1/2C coconut milk or other non-dairy beverage of choice, 1 scoop vanilla or plain protein (vegan optional) in blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and top with strawberry or cherry coulis, coconut, fresh strawberries and chocolate (or vegan carob).
