With American Thanksgiving (my personal favorite holiday) only a few weeks away, this is a time that I like to reflect on my life, my lifestyle and everything that it encompasses and make a "gratitude list". On my list I'll jot down things that I'm happy about, people I love, my friendships, personal positive attributes or goals that I have reached this year. It's a really great way of looking back, being thankful and also a way to look forward, reset and reevaluate my future goals.
It also allows me to realize where I need to pick up slack or if I've excelled in one particular area, maybe I need to assess my time input to balance overall achievements. Most of all, I end up feeling very thankful for many things and many people and friendships. Which is perfectly just in time to reach out and say "THANKS" when Thanksgiving actually rolls around on Thursday November 24th.
What will you put on your "Gratitude List"?
